Welcome to Irwin County Middle School!
Virtual Return to School
As long as our staff numbers continue to go down and not spike, our plan is to start back with virtual instruction on January 19th. More information will be released early next week.
Thank you!
CONTACTING OVER THE BREAK
If your student tests positive for COVID-19 or is identified as a close contact of a positive case over the holiday break, please email our Director of Student Services Coordinator, Kerry Billingsley at .
Please include the following information in your email:
- Student's full name
- Birth date
- Date when symptoms began (if there are symptoms)
- Date that the test was collected/last date of exposure to a positive case
Any other information that you think might be pertinent. This will be incredibly helpful as we plan for the next semester.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep our Irwin County students, staff, and families safe during this time of uncertainty.
In consultation with our local pediatrician, Dr. Conner, Irwin County Schools have decided to require all students and staff to wear some type of facial covering. For students who have medical issues and if parents feel their child needs something different other than a mask, please contact your child’s principal. Thank you and stay safe!
